Dress Measuring Guide

How to Measure Yourself for the Perfect Fit

  1. Always get someone else to take your measurements for you. Measuring yourself will give you inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment.

  2. Always double-check each measurement just to be sure.

  3. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over clothing. No need to wear a padded bra for the fitting, as your dress will be made with a built-in bra.

  4. Pen and paper. Remember to number and write down each measurement as you go to ensure accuracy. At the end, you should have a total of 12 - 16 different measurements, depending if your dress has arms, and if you are wearing high-heels.

  5. Body measurement tape. Please do not measure yourself with any other type of measurement tape. Good luck!
